Where's my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as it ships. Dubai orders arrive next day; the rest of the UAE in 2–3 working days.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — message us with your order number and we'll sort it.

Do you do gift orders?

Every paiir already comes boxed. Add a note at checkout and we'll leave the invoice out.
