Unworn socks in their box can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept socks that have been worn or washed.

Machine wash cold, inside out, and skip the tumble dryer — heat is what shortens the life of grip soles.

Same design, same fit. Grip has a silicone sole for Pilates, reformer, barre and yoga. Regular has a smooth sole for the gym, training and everyday. There's a full comparison on the grip vs regular page.

You can, but you don't need to — the grip is for barefoot-style classes. For anything in shoes, regular is the better pick.
