Shipping policy

We ship across the United Arab Emirates. Every paiir is dispatched from Dubai.

Delivery times
Next working day in Dubai.
2–3 working days across the rest of the UAE.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, on a Friday, or on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery charges
AED 25 on orders under AED 300.
Free on orders of AED 300 and above.
The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking your order
You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link once it has been dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking link within two working days, message us on Instagram @paiir.ae with your order number.

Delivery attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery to the address you provide. Please make sure the address and phone number are correct and complete, including building name, apartment or villa number and any landmark. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incomplete or nobody is reachable, the courier will attempt to contact you to rearrange. Orders returned to us after failed delivery attempts can be resent, with a further delivery charge.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. If your order is running late, message us and we'll chase it with the courier.

Damaged or missing items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or missing, message us on Instagram @paiir.ae within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

International orders
We currently ship within the UAE only. If you're outside the UAE and would like a paiir, message us on Instagram and we'll let you know when we ship to you.
