One size fits all. Our socks are knitted to stretch, so one paiir fits the vast majority of feet comfortably.

How to measure
Heel to toe,
standing up
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark. That's your foot length.
Measure both feet and use the larger one.
Fit questions
Do grip and regular fit the same?
Yes — identical size and cut. The only difference is the silicone on the sole.
Will they shrink?
Wash cold and air dry and they'll keep their shape. Tumble drying can tighten the fit slightly.
